Emotional Sovereignty — Historical Term
Emotional sovereignty is a legacy phrase for protected human self-direction in emotionally consequential AI interaction. Current HEART uses the Seven Axioms—especially Human Authority—and the Emotional Autonomy Domain Profile rather than treating “sovereignty” as an undefined independent legal right.
Applicable rights and authority come from law, policy, contract, institutional role, and other competent sources. The legacy term does not create legal status by itself.
