Mission, proposals and current status

The founder-directed mission is to advance human connection by making Universal Empathy Literacy accessible through Functional Empathy.

The education-first Charter v3.1, Seven Human Immutables and related stewardship documents remain proposed for Board review. Their publication or discussion does not establish adoption, an appointment or a certification program.

The Foundation is incorporated in Oregon and received its EIN on October 17, 2026. It is preparing to apply for federal recognition under Section 501(c)(3); this site does not claim IRS recognition or assure that contributions are deductible.
